Traditionally these mustard baths are used as a remedy in England used to treat colds, stress, fatigued, achy muscles, fever and congestion. Mustard has been used to stimulate the caveat glands, opening the pores of the body to rid the body of toxins. This increases circulation and oxygenation to help reduce the toxins stored in the tissues of the body.

 

 

 

Each warming mustard bath:

  • 1 C bake soda
  • ¼ C mustard powder
  • 6 drops wintergreen ess oil
  • 6 drops rosemary ess oil
  • 6 drops eucalyptus ess oil
